How can I contact the store owner?

You can contact me through the contact me page. If your inquiry involves an order, please be sure to include your last name and order number.

Please do not use the contact me form for any business inquires or spam.

Can I return or exchange my item?

I do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. Please read the refund policy page.

If there is an issue with your order please send a contact request through the contact me page. I try to resolve any issues to make sure your ordering process is as pleasant as possible.

I accidentally provided the wrong address or an incomplete address. How do I receive my order?

If a buyer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, I am not responsible for replacing or refunding the package. It is the buyer's responsibility to double check their address during checkout and make sure all information is up-to-date. I will not refund or replace the package under this circumstance.

If you provided the wrong address, please send a contact request through the contact me page as soon as you notice the error. If I see your email before I package orders, I will be able to change the shipping address. If I have already shipped the order, you will have to make the purchase again. Being a small business, I do not offer refunds for this circumstance.

Where do you ship to? And how long are shipping times?

I currently only ship within the US. Once my sales start to pickup I may open the orders to other countries, however this is the most cost effective shipping process for me, also shipping internationally requires a long process of approval. Hopefully one day I will be able to ship worldwide.

I usually package and ship within two weeks of an order. However there are times that I can get to the shipping process sooner. When ordering please be aware that it may take up to two weeks for your order to ship.

What are shipping costs?

Shipping is only offered within the united states. I charge a flat rate shipping fee of $5.00. As the postage rates change there may be a change in shipping. There could be a decrease or an increase.
